Printing a User Security List

Note: To print a list of one or more user's security settings you must have security rights for the PRINT LIST menu option to appear.

1. When you first enter the User Security option a Select A User window will display with the following options:

• EXIT – Select EXIT to exit the User Security option and return to the User menu.
• ADD A USER – Select ADD A USER to add a user.
• PRINT LIST – Select PRINT LIST to print a security list of user security rights.
• A list of users.

Select PRINT LIST.

2. A Select An Option window will display with the following options:

• EXIT – Select EXIT to return to the Select A User window.
• ALL USERS – Select ALL USERS to print a list of all user security settings.
• A list of all users currently defined in the system.

Scroll to the user(s) whose security profile is to be printed and press Enter. An asterisk (*) will appear, confirming your selection. Select EXIT to continue.

3. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information will print on the security list:

• Type – The menu option role or function in Net•Yield
• Auth – N = no, the user is not authorized to use the function listed in the "FUNCTIONALITY" column
• Num – The Net•Yieldsecurity privilege ID
• Functionality – The Net•Yield menu option and security level
